Sitting in Torndenham Norway on our way south.Interesting night in the car last night got stuck at a tunnel closure had to sleep in car but hey it does not get dark. All good Norway is so exspesive $17 dolsr at Macas.But is probably the most beautiful place we have been too and we have seen some fantastic sites. driving along the fiorjds with snow on the mountains on one side and shear cliffs above the car on the other .Farms hanging onto the hils and any small reasonably flat ground bigger than 6x6 a fishing shack on it.

The hills and montains are different to France and Switzerland more like gigantic rolling hills with just the odd peak not like the ragged and shearness of the southern Alps and the green is just sow vibrant i guess comes from having now darkness. Stressa who can frget that lake

Poland and Lituania beautiful undulating hills and forests with odd lake ans large farming operations .Driving in poland a night mare so many towns and speed changes ,speed cameras every where can only average about 60ks soo frustrating. Auswich Just sick German fucks totaly insane.
Lithuania full of suprises .Taraki just beautiful and cheap,the hill of cross's just mind boggling.

Latvia and Estonia very backwood just trees lakes and swamps .Abandoned towns and quite depressing although not the people.
Finland organised every thing is new roads ,buildings,whare houses ,all new coutry side 180,000 lakes trees.swamps,flat and uninspiring.Santas house ?? a souveniar shop. top sweden hill and starting to green will be back in Sweden next few days to see friends.

Italy with its flambouant use of the natural landscape is totaly different to the Northern European  where all is square and in place, no imagination apart from some great practical engineering feats but even then with no flare just getting the job done. No emotion in the gardens and parks or there churchs .Just there.
